GEO Foundation has always been committed to safeguarding the data collected from clients; ensuring the privacy, responsible and legal stewardship of your personal information; minimising personal data that is collected; and providing the tools and access to your own data, to easily modify, delete or store it.
We do not share or pass on, in any form, personal information with any other third party, unless expressly and clearly represented to you and agreed by you.
In general, all users may visit this site anonymously and without revealing any additional personal information. There are times, however, when we may need information from you, such as your email address. This is usually required in order for us to promptly respond to your requests for information or to answer your questions. Only the people from within GEO who need it to respond to your communication will use this information.
If you have opted in to subscribe to our newsletter or other communications, we ask only for the minimum information to be able to send you communications (i.e. your name and email address); we do not share this information with any third parties; we only use database management tools that themselves are fully compliant with privacy laws; and we offer you clear means to unsubscribe, which results in your information being erased from our databases.
We do keep track of the countries and domains from which people visit us, the browser and / or Internet Service Provider used and other related data. We analyse this data for trends and statistics. We do not collect any personal data and user sessions are anonymous.
If you have any questions or you require any further specific information on your data, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
