At Hørsholm Golf, we have implemented the WAVE quiz, which has been an eye-opener in our sustainability journey. The quiz has helped us understand the importance of more inclusive and informative communication about our sustainability efforts, both internally and externally.
The WAVE quiz assesses the significance of various areas within the club based on social, environmental, and economic values, each receiving a high, medium, or low rating. This has provided us with a concrete understanding of where we can make a difference. This insight has inspired us to streamline our processes and enhance inclusion in our sustainability initiatives.
As part of our new master plan, we will now hold annual meetings for all staff, using the WAVE quiz as a starting point. This will not only strengthen our community but also ensure that the entire team is updated and engaged in our shared goal of making Hørsholm Golf greener and more responsible.
