Waste diversion was achieved through multiple streams:
- Partnered with CRCL to collect oyster shells for coastal restoration and improve water cleanliness.
- A hand-sorting team separated recyclables and organics on-site. PET #1, aluminum, cardboard, film plastics, and compost to be recycled with Realcycle.
- Grease collection was implemented at all catering locations.
- Mesh was recycled, wood and carpet was donated to The Green Project for resale to support affordable community building.
