Birchwood has eliminated landfill waste and works hard to increase the amount we recycle. In 2024, the site invested in new segregated waste bins, inside the clubhouse and around the car parks. This has increased the volume being recycled from 30% in 2023 to 52% in 2024. The site also composts food waste via anaerobic digestion. Waste weights are tracked through a contractor portal.
