Since 2019, Lidingö Golf Club has been part of a project called “Vision 50/50”, run by the Swedish Golf Association. The club development program is set out to ensure that staff, entrepreneurs and members all work together towards creating better and more equal golf.
In order to achieve this, we have formed a steering group of five people from different leaders in the club and also a reference group consisting of 15 club members. A survey has been sent to all members with questions on their experience of the environment and atmosphere at the club. We have also performed a kick-off event together with the reference group on September 1st. The project has been live for a year but the work at the club is ongoing.
