At Minthis Golf Club, community and compassion are at the heart of everything we do. Each year, the Club Captain selects a charity to support the local community.
Over the past five years, an outstanding total of €30,000 has been raised by our dedicated members—an incredible testament to their generosity and spirit. A heartfelt thanks to all who contributed their time, energy, and generosity.
The 2024 Captain’s Charity was a great example of this commitment. Under the inspiring leadership of Club Captains Colin du Cann Crowther and Graeme Nichol, the chosen cause was the Alzheimer’s Association Paphos Branch, a charity close to both their hearts.
Through a series of golf tournaments and raffles, the Club community raised a remarkable €3,725. More than 350 volunteer hours were contributed—especially by the Co-Captains and their wives—making this effort not only impactful, but deeply personal.
This initiative is about more than just fundraising. It is about coming together, showing support for those affected, and creating a lasting positive impact that goes far beyond the game.
