During the spring of 2024, Golf Course Het Woold organised several “Divot Days,” during which club members voluntarily contributed to the maintenance and preparation of the course for the upcoming golf season. These morning work sessions focused on practical tasks such as course clean-up, light maintenance, and enhancing the overall appearance of the grounds.
The Divot Days made a valuable contribution to both the quality of the course and the atmosphere within the club. Working together strengthened the sense of community and ownership among members, while also raising awareness of the importance of sustainable and responsible course management. The strong participation and positive feedback highlight the value of these initiatives, which continue to support both playing quality and the club’s commitment to sustainability.
