In 2023, we began a comprehensive bunker audit, assessing all bunker styles, shapes, construction methods, and locations across the course. This led to the development of a four-year phased improvement project, through which we have introduced more than 10 new natural-style bunkers.
These additions have enhanced the overall course aesthetics while requiring less maintenance, thereby reducing labour hours and fuel-related emissions. The redesigned bunkers have also improved playability for golfers.
