We now produce our own mountain honey each summer. With the support of a local beekeeper, we have installed twelve hives across the property.
The bees forage throughout our 90 hectares and create a high-quality mountain honey that is greatly appreciated by members and visitors.
We have also contacted hotels in the village to offer our honey for their breakfast service, strengthening our connection with the local community.
