This eco pond project aims to enhance Kuo Hua Golf Club's biodiversity by creating valuable habitat for local wildlife, including birds, amphibians, and beneficial insects. Designed to support a healthy and diverse ecosystem, the pond contributes to the ecological value of the course while encouraging native species to thrive.
In addition to its biodiversity benefits, the pond plays an important role in sustainable water management by helping to capture and filter stormwater runoff, improving water quality and supporting the natural hydrological cycle.
The eco pond also enhances the landscape, creating an attractive natural feature for members and visitors to enjoy while demonstrating the club's commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement.
