The National Golf Centre, Woodhall Spa, is strengthening its environmental stewardship through a partnership with Veolia to deliver a comprehensive waste management strategy across the site. This collaboration has already achieved significant results, with 100% of waste diverted from landfill across five waste streams.

More than 30% of all waste generated on site is now recycled, while the remainder is responsibly managed through reuse, composting, and energy recovery processes. This approach not only reduces the club’s environmental impact but also promotes a culture of responsible resource management among staff, members, and visitors.

By adopting industry-leading waste management practices, the club is setting a strong example for sustainable operations within the golf sector.
