The coffees served in our club restaurant were traditionally accompanied by individually wrapped biscuits. To reduce packaging waste and enhance the guest experience, our chef introduced a homemade alternative.
All coffees are now served with freshly baked coconut cookies, replacing the previously packaged option. This simple change has eliminated the need for single-use plastic wrappers, helping to reduce waste while providing members and visitors with a more personal and sustainable touch.
This initiative demonstrates how small operational changes can contribute to broader sustainability goals, reducing unnecessary packaging while maintaining a high-quality hospitality experience.
