Pubquiz voor het goede doel een groot Succes Op 20 september kwamen er 9 teams in het clubhuis bij elkaar om deel te nemen aan de eerste Pub Quiz op Golf Ockenburgh . Het clubhuis zat vol met enthousiaste deelnemers die er veel zin in hadden om de onderlinge strijd aan te gaan. De Quiz bestond uit 8 rondes met vragen over allerlei verschillende onderwerpen. De Brasserie verzorgde een pub-arrangement, dat bestond uit drankjes en hapjes, zoals men in een pub ook zou krijgen. De Goede Doelen commissie vond het een mooi resultaat dat het team van Hospice Beukenrode, het Goede Doel van 2019, met de meeste punten de eerste prijs heeft gewonnen. De tweede en derde prijs werden met een gelijk aantal punten gedeeld door het team Bestuur GCO, Het team van de familie Kater. Zonder overdrijving was dit een zeer geslaagde avond met een mooie opbrengst voor het goede doel. In 2020 gaat de Goede Doelen commissie deze actie dan ook zeker herhalen! Goede doel 2020:Special Olympics Nationale Spelen.
2021
On September 20, 2019, nine teams came together in the clubhouse to participate in the first pub quiz at Golf Ockenburgh. The clubhouse was full of enthusiastic participants who were eager to compete. The quiz consisted of 8 rounds with questions on all kinds of different topics, and the bar was open serving food and drink. The Charity Committee thought it was a good result that the Hospice Beukenrode team, the Charity of 2019, won first prize with the most points. The second and third prizes were shared with an equal number of points by the JRC Board, the Kater family team. This was a very successful evening with a good return for charity. The Charity Committee will certainly repeat this promotion in 2020!
