Fertile land in a natural environment is beyond compare; our 11,000 acres of woods and turkey oak trees, dotted with small water mirrors, alongside the traditional olive groves and vineyards, sit in perfect harmony with the landscape.
In the Tenuta di Castelfalfi, ancient farming traditions are renewed every day, in full respect for the environment and the beauty of the place. Work is done with dedication and following organic farming criteria, in which only top-quality products are produced, including organic scented extra virgin olive oil and six fine wine labels. Our olive oil mill has a fundamental importance, not only for our farm but also for the surrounding area and the local community, processing the olives of approximately 400 outside customers ranging from small landowners to large farms.
