Positive woodland management

After enrolling on the Higher Tier Woodland Management Scheme, in conjunction with Natural England and the Forestry Commission, it was obvious that some areas of our woodland required intensive care. Working with a local land-based training provider, the club offered the woodland as a location for their chainsaw and forestry training. The woodland now receives the expert care and management it needs.
