In 2019 we took the decision to remove our free water service that was provided to our guests in 50Cl plastic bottles. During the year we would gift our guests nearly 100,000 plastic bottles, a great gift for our guests but not great for the environment.
This service will be replaced with free water for our guests via water fountains where guests can refill their own environmentally friendly bottles.
