A decision was taken a few years ago aimed at minimizing the use of pesticides, and today we can proudly announce that the course is totally free from any use of pesticides and has been so from 2018 onwards. Instead of pesticides we are applying a product often used in tomato plantations containing a mixture of beneficial fermentation based nutrients, natural bacteria and yeast spores onto our greens to protect them from diseases.
