As an initiative through our environmental committee and in conjunction with our caterers, we have planted our first herb garden. Consisting of 16 different types of herbs, the chefs will have access to a full range of fresh organically grown produce to be used as their dishes as they see fit. An extremely prominent location was selected in order to generate high levels of positive conversation.
