In our commitment to closing the loop on organic waste, Sentosa Golf Club commissioned a horticultural waste composter from Thailand to manage the large volume of green waste generated across both of our courses. Fallen leaves, branches, and pruning waste are processed on-site into nutrient-rich compost.
This compost is then returned to the landscape as mulch, supporting healthier turf and landscaped areas while reducing reliance on synthetic inputs. By embracing this regenerative practice, the club reduces off-site disposal, lowers emissions associated with transportation, and champions a nature-based solution that integrates sustainability seamlessly into day-to-day course operations.
