On Saturday the 6th November 2021, the Nottinghamshire Fungi group visited the Site of Special Scientific Interest at Sherwood Forest Golf Club.
The group turned out in great numbers and managed to find 67 species of Fungi, some with fantastic names such as "Wood Woollyfoot" and "Amethyst Deceiver". The group visits SFGC annually to survey the area, we look forward to seeing them again in the Autumn of 2022.
