No more drinking water for irrigation: New pipeline to the Aare Canal

Two years ago, a pipeline and pumping system were installed to supply our reservoir with water from the Aare Canal during dry periods, once the collected rainwater has been depleted. Until recently, expensive drinking water had to be purchased from the local municipality for irrigation during such periods – this is no longer necessary. This directly addresses a long-standing issue identified in our GEO report: we now irrigate the course entirely without drinking water, reducing costs and conserving a valuable resource.
