In 2023, we developed a comprehensive nature management plan in collaboration with the consultancy firm NLadviseurs. This plan serves as the foundation for all decision-making regarding nature and the landscape at our golf club. It has been discussed with and shared among our members to ensure everyone is informed about our strategy and plans. The nature management plan outlines, among others, the woodland management work to be carried out over the next 5 to 10 years. We began maintenance work in 2024 on the woodland sections near holes 7, 8, and 9 which was followed by the woodland sections around holes 10, 17, and 18 in 2025. In 2026 we are starting work on the woodland sections near holes 2, 3, and 4. We are tackling woodland maintenance on the golf course in this planned manner to ensure that nature management is carried out systematically and sustainably.
