Many of the bunkers around the golf course have had simple edits applied to the design to allow for a more natural appearance.
Many benefits result from such changes including an enhanced appearance and improved aesthetic flow to the golf course, as well as an increase in native wildflowers encouraging pollinators. Labour hours required to maintain bunkers has also been reduced significantly with savings on time and fuel as well as reduced emissions.
