To optimize electricity usage and reduce costs, we conducted an analysis to identify areas of significant waste. The primary culprit was evident: lights left on in unoccupied buildings. To address this, motion sensors were installed on every light circuit during the construction of our facility. This ensures that lights are only active when the area is in use, minimizing electricity wastage.
By reducing the duration for which lights remain illuminated, we not only decrease energy consumption but also significantly lower costs and subsequently reduce our carbon footprint.
