We've recently undergone a thorough lighting overhaul in our maintenance facility, making the switch to energy-efficient LED lighting. In the past, the main machinery area relied on sodium bulb units, which consumed considerable electricity but provided inadequate illumination. By adopting LED lights, we anticipate slashing our power requirements by an estimated 80%, thereby significantly reducing our carbon footprint. Additionally, this transition promises to enhance the overall lighting quality throughout the facility.
Furthermore, we've also replaced external lighting and upgraded lighting in the outbuildings to LED fixtures. Not only does this transition result in cost savings, but it also enhances building security with the improved quality of external lighting.
