We are proud to have won the Küssnacht Energy Award 2024. As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we replaced our previous oil heating system with district heating from the Ecogen Rigi cooperative. Additionally, we have converted all our interior and exterior lighting to energy-efficient LED bulbs.
From 2023 to 2024, we installed a photovoltaic system on the roof of our golf house, covering an area of 1,120 m². This system has a peak output of over 241 kWp and an expected annual energy yield of 181,000 kWh. Currently, the system covers 58% of our electricity consumption. Furthermore, all 22 of our golf carts are charged exclusively using the solar power generated by this system.
Looking ahead, in the winter of 2024/2025, we will be installing four publicly accessible charging stations, each with a power output of 22 kW, in our car park.
