Bouwkundig vernieuwd met het oog op duurzaamheid De renovatie is uitgevoerd met respect voor de bestaande bouwstructuur en met een duidelijke focus op toekomstbestendigheid. De bestaande dakconstructie is behouden, maar volledig geïsoleerd conform de meest actuele bouwvoorschriften en damptechnische inzichten. Hierdoor is het warmteverlies sterk beperkt en is het dak geschikt gemaakt voor de toekomstige plaatsing van zonnepanelen. Waar mogelijk zijn hoogwaardige bouwdelen, zoals de vloer en HR++-beglazing, behouden om materiaalverspilling te voorkomen. In het vernieuwde clubgebouw is een multifunctionele vergaderruimte geïntegreerd. Deze is voorzien van moderne audiovisuele middelen en een professionele geluidsinstallatie. Door bestaande ruimten efficiënter in te richten in plaats van uit te breiden, is extra bouwvolume vermeden. Alle verlichting in het gebouw is vervangen door dimbare LED-armaturen, die centraal worden aangestuurd via een slimme applicatie. Hierdoor kan het energieverbruik efficiënt worden afgestemd op het daadwerkelijke gebruik van ruimten. Dit draagt bij aan een verlaging van het totale elektriciteitsverbruik zonder in te leveren op comfort of gebruiksgemak.

We have invested in a future-proof club building with an eye on sustainability The renovation was carried out with respect for the existing building structure and with a clear focus on future-proofing. The existing roof structure has been retained, but fully insulated in accordance with the latest building regulations and vapour engineering insights. This has greatly reduced heat loss and made the roof suitable for the future installation of solar panels. Wherever possible, high-quality components, such as the floor and HR++ window glazing, have been retained to avoid wasting materials. A multifunctional meeting room has been integrated into the renovated club building. This room is equipped with modern audiovisual equipment and a professional sound system. By using existing spaces more efficiently instead of expanding, extra building volume has been avoided. All lighting in the building has been replaced by dimmable LED luminaires, which are controlled via a smart application. This allows energy consumption to be efficiently matched to the actual use of rooms. This helps to reduce overall electricity consumption without compromising on comfort or ease of use.
