Purunsol Golf Club operates an integrated ESG framework designed to promote community co-prosperity, environmentally responsible consumption, and customer participation in sustainability initiatives.

The club supports local farmers by providing dedicated retail space within the clubhouse for regional agricultural products during harvest seasons. This initiative helps secure stable sales channels for producers while reducing carbon emissions associated with long-distance transportation.

To encourage environmentally responsible behaviour, the club runs a tumbler incentive programme that rewards customers who bring reusable tumblers with recycled golf balls, contributing to waste reduction and resource circulation. Additionally, a complimentary valet service is offered to groups arriving in a single vehicle, promoting shared transportation and lowering overall vehicle emissions.

Purunsol Golf Club also creates social value through its “Charity Hole-in-One Challenge,” held on a Par 3 hole. Participants pay an entry fee of KRW 200,000 for the opportunity to attempt 30 consecutive shots. Successful participants receive weekday green fee vouchers, while if no hole-in-one is achieved, the full entry fee is donated in the participant’s name to a designated charitable cause.
