In early 2025, Birchwood Park installed solar panels across the site to become more self sustainable. With a busy clubhouse operation including a 3,500 member health club, the site requires a lot of electricity and this addition is estimated to produce around 15% of the energy required. Early projections suggest we will exceed this estimate.
