We donated more than 20 bird boxes to local primary schools, giving pupils the opportunity to paint them before installing them in trees around their school grounds.
The project encourages children to engage directly with nature by monitoring the bird species that use the boxes, helping to clean them between nesting seasons, and preparing them for future use. Through these hands-on activities, pupils gain a greater understanding of local wildlife and the importance of providing habitats for birds.
By supporting environmental education from an early age, the initiative helps inspire the next generation of nature stewards while making a positive contribution to local biodiversity.
