A local beekeeper maintains hives to the right of our 5th green. Our naturally clear wildflower honey is forged by our own busy bees (now totaling almost 1 million) from the hives situated on Monk’s Island golf course at Machynys.
Our head Chef uses this honey within multiple recipes in our Bar & Brasserie, along with providing honey to the members and visitors. It's recently been awarded the highest rating by 'Great taste'.
