Since Head Greenkeeper Mark Hillaby joined us in 2019, he has introduced a substantial programme to increase biodiversity on the Kedleston Park golf course. He received an enthusiastic response from the various eco-minded grass seed manufacturers.
Areas completed were alive this summer, with butterflies and bees and the whole thing had a stunning visual impact, being visible from a number of tees and greens. Everyone supports the environmental commitment by the club and it has been great for wildlife and for our members to see some of the results this year.
