Growing together at the US Kids Venice Open!

US Kids Venice Open

Italy

Written by: Alessandro De Luca

During the US Kids Venice Open, young players were given very special wooden pencils to mark their scorecards. These wooden pencils have a basil seed, a spice typical of Italian culinary tradition, embedded at their tip. At the end of the competition, by planting the pencil in the ground, players can experience growing a new plant and discover the magic of the plant world.
