The Bukit Clubhouse was thoughtfully designed with sustainability at its core, and achieved compliance with the BCA Green Mark 2021 standards - Singapore’s leading green building framework tailored for tropical climates. Its construction prioritised key sustainability pillars: Energy Efficiency, Water Efficiency, and Indoor Environmental Quality. These performance benchmarks were met in accordance with GM:2021 criteria, reflecting the Club’s proactive approach to responsible design and environmental stewardship.

Natural ventilation and daylighting were integral to the building’s concept, contributing significantly to its environmental performance. Spaces such as The Canopy, an open-air dining area, and The Social, featuring naturally lit rooms, exemplify how thoughtful architectural choices enhance both Member comfort and sustainability outcomes. This commitment aligns with national efforts to raise the built environment’s resilience and reduce carbon impact - while creating healthier, more enjoyable spaces for our community.
