We continue to compost our kitchen vegetable waste on-site. In Aug 2024, we had the use of a screener and put this to good use on a large proportion of our compost that had been maturing over the years. As a result we also found a selection of ‘home grown’ vegetables including butternut squash, potatoes and tomatoes. This was a lovely unexpected surprise.
