In 2018, we purchased a large industrial bread slicer and mixer, allowing the kitchen team to now produce our own bread in-house.

This has eliminated the need to bring in bread and rolls from external suppliers, helping to reduce the food miles within our food and beverage department. The initiative has proved popular with members as they can now eat freshly baked bread and the gross profit of the department has increased.
