Hirsala Golf has remodified and reshaped a natural stream to restore its flow and create a healthier environment for native trout and other aquatic species. By improving the stream’s shape, depth, and surrounding vegetation, the project enhances spawning conditions, water quality, and habitat diversity.
The restored stream also connects to nearby wetlands, increasing water retention and providing a thriving habitat for amphibians, insects, and birdlife. This initiative strengthens local biodiversity and demonstrates Hirsala Golf’s ongoing commitment to ecological stewardship and sustainable course management.
