As a part of Sherwood Forest Golf Clubs' extensive replacement of the golf course irrigation system, the area that housed the old irrigation tank has been converted into a holding tank that will harvest water from the clubhouse roof and car park.
The area will be closed off by adding more Gabions and then a Butyl liner added. This new method of water harvesting will be a welcome addition to our commitment to the conservation and protection of our irrigation supply.
