Our harvest of fruit, vegetables, and herbs are all organically grown here at the club in our Walled Kitchen garden by our Gardens Team. These vibrant ingredients are then used in seasonal menus by our chefs which are inspired by our stunning landscape.
By growing our own fresh and tasty food we are able to reduce our environmental impacts, such as the carbon footprint associated with food miles, conserve resources, promote biodiversity and promote a closer relationship with the natural world with our members.
