Luonnollisen taimenkannan eheytysohjelma aloitettiin 2018 Hirsala Golfissa. Ohjelma kestää 5 vuotta ja sen ajan laskuojaan istutetaan taimenen mätiä vuosittain. Taimenen olosuhteita parannetaan myös yhteistyössä Suomen WWF:n ja VIRHO:n kanssa. Viiden vuoden ajan edistymistä seurataan säännöllisesti ja tavoitteena on vahvan paikallisen taimenkannan saavuttaminen Finntrsäskin laskuojaan vuoden 2023 loppuun mennessä.

The enhancement programme for the natural trout population at Hirsala Golf started in 2018. The program will run for five years and includes the annual planting of trout roe in the stream, which runs through the golf course and ends up in the Finnish Gulf.
The environment for the trout will also be improved in collaboration with the national nature agencies: WWF Finland and VIRHO. During these five years, the process will be regularly evaluated and the ultimate goal is to have thriving trout population in Finnträsk stream by the end of 2023.
