On 1 November 2025, Golf & Country Club Neuchâtel planted 500 shrubs across its course.
These shrubs were donated and planted by volunteer club members in collaboration with members of the Sorbus Ornithological Association. According to several biologists, the course previously lacked small clusters of fruit-bearing shrubs, which are particularly beneficial to biodiversity.
On the same day, two stone piles were also constructed, providing valuable shelter for local wildlife.
