麓山球会自16年起先后对球场部分蓄水湖湖水生态系统进行改造，清除淤泥杂鱼，种植沉水植物，投放净化水质的鱼类。水质长期接近地表水二类标准。

Since 2016, Luxehills International Country Club has transformed the water ecosystem of part of the lake. We removed mud and some kinds of fish before planting submerged plants and introducing fish which can purify water. Now, the water quality has been close to the standard of level II surface water for a long time.
