In the fall of 2025, we installed dry hedges using branches pruned from on-site trees. These hedges provide multiple ecological benefits for wildlife, including:
Natural shelter for small mammals, birds, reptiles, and insects
Nesting and feeding opportunities supported by dead wood
Improved soil quality through natural decomposition processes
This simple and environmentally friendly solution integrates seamlessly into the course landscape while enhancing local biodiversity.
