With high amounts of forestry work to undertake, any branches, dead or damaged trees are recycled on-site.

Purchasing a wood chipper has allowed us to use the chips as bark mulch for landscape beds, tree bases and woodland paths/walk ways. This also eliminates the use of herbicides by smothering weeds, holds moisture longer in the soil and improves aesthetics. On pathways, it ensures a good surface without the need for artificial surfaces in environmentally sensitive areas, keeping the connection with nature.
