More than 30 Nest Boxes have been strategically placed across the course, with some arranged in clusters of three or more to foster Tree Sparrow breeding.
Given the communal nature of these birds, grouping the boxes enhances their appeal. Sadly, the Tree Sparrow population has dwindled due to habitat loss. While primarily seed-eaters, they consume small insects during the breeding season, highlighting the significance of situating these boxes near wildflower areas.
