Birds of prey seminar inspires staff to support wildlife conservation

On 5 July 2026, our club organised a seminar on birds of prey for all staff, including our dedicated caddies. The event was delivered by the Raptors Research Group of Taiwan, an organisation renowned for its expertise in raptor research and conservation.

The seminar introduced participants to a range of raptor species, their habitats, and the conservation challenges they face. Through a series of informative presentations, attendees gained a greater understanding of the ecological importance of birds of prey and the role they play in maintaining healthy ecosystems.

Interactive discussions encouraged participants to ask questions and share their perspectives, while live demonstrations provided a memorable opportunity to observe these remarkable birds up close.

Feedback from attendees was extremely positive, with many expressing a greater appreciation for birds of prey and the importance of wildlife conservation. The seminar not only strengthened our team's environmental knowledge but also reinforced our commitment to biodiversity conservation and environmental stewardship.
