We have partnered with Toro and Reesink Turf Care to be at the forefront of new AI-driven, electric mowing technology. This includes transitioning our maintained cut rough to electric autonomous mowers, which has reduced labour requirements, lowered diesel consumption, and delivered a more consistent playing surface.
We are continuing to phase in additional units with the goal of becoming fully autonomous within the next three years. We are also the first venue in the UK to trial the Hybrid 3360 self-driving triplex mower. This approach not only frees up staff time for other essential tasks but also provides a more refined finish compared with the traditional Turf 500 rotary cut.
