Per ottimizzare la gestione del club, il Golf della Montecchia ha accentrato sotto un’unica direzione e un unico nome (PlayGolf54) la gestione di tre circoli di golf limitrofi (Frassanelle, Galzignano e Albarella), tutti situati a meno di un’ora di distanza. Le sinergie attivate hanno consentito significative razionalizzazioni nei processi di comunicazione, negli acquisti, nella gestione del personale e nell’utilizzo delle attrezzature. La comunicazione e le attività di marketing ad esempio sono state condotte sotto una unica regia. Per quanto riguarda le attrezzature, sono stati condivisi i macchinari utilizzati con minor frequenza (ad esempio la carotatrice, il tagliazolle, la catenaria e l’airject). Questo approccio ha permesso di contenere i costi di accesso alle strutture senza compromettere la qualità dei servizi offerti L’operazione ha così reso la gestione più sostenibile, migliorando al contempo l’offerta golfistica per giocatori e turisti e generando significativi benefici per l’intero territorio.

To improve operational efficiency and resource management, Golf della Montecchia has brought the management of three nearby golf clubs, Frassanelle, Galzignano, and Albarella, under a unified leadership structure and brand named PlayGolf54. Located within an hour’s drive of one another, the clubs now work collaboratively to maximise efficiency and share resources.
The partnership has streamlined communication, procurement, staff management, and marketing through a coordinated approach. Equipment that is used less frequently, including a core aerator, sod cutter, chain harrow, and Air2G2 aerator, is shared between the clubs, reducing the need for duplicate machinery purchases and improving asset utilisation.
By working together, the clubs have reduced operational costs and improved resource efficiency without compromising the quality of the golfing experience. The initiative demonstrates how collaboration can support more sustainable business operations while enhancing the experience for members, visitors, and golf tourists. It also delivers wider economic benefits by strengthening the appeal of the region as a golfing destination.
