Emissions Tracker App Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   By completing a transaction on the European Tour group’s Emissions Tracker via the Player Portal , you agree to the following terms and conditions governing payments to the GEO Sustainable Golf Foundation ("GEO"). These terms are in place to ensure a smooth and secure transaction experience.
2. Payment Processing
   Payments are securely processed by Stripe on behalf of the GEO Sustainable Golf Foundation. When you complete a payment transaction, you authorise Stripe to process the payment through your selected payment method.
3. Transaction Details
   Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation of your transaction within the portal and/or via email. Please ensure the accuracy of your payment details before submitting as all transactions are considered final.
4. Fees and Charges
   The payment amount displayed on the app includes any applicable transaction fees. There are no additional processing fees for users, unless specified during checkout.
5. Refund Policy
   All payments made to GEO through the ETG app are non-refundable unless specifically agreed upon by GEO. Refunds are only processed under exceptional circumstances and at GEO's discretion.
6. Privacy and Data Security
   Your payment information is securely processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. Neither ETG nor GEO will store your credit card details or bank information. Personal data provided as part of the transaction will be handled in accordance with GEO’s [Privacy Policy].
7. User Responsibilities
   You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and have sufficient funds or credit available to complete the transaction.
8. Disputes and Liability
   In the event of an unauthorised or erroneous transaction, please contact ETg support at hello@sustainable.golf within 14 days. GEO and ETg are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the transaction. Any disputes arising from your transaction will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction stated in this agreement.
9. Modification of Terms
   ETg and GEO reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. By completing transactions after updates, you accept the modified terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from your transaction will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Scotland.
