1,000 tonnes of CO2 saved

Golf de Payerne, Switzerland

In December 2013, solar panels were installed on the roofs of the two main buildings at Golf de Payerne. The power of the installation amounts to 314.670 kWc and produces 940 kWh / kWc annually. This investment has enabled the course to save 1,080 t of CO2, which is equivalent to someone driving around the world 207 times with a small car. If we attempted to remove this quantity of CO2 in the atmosphere in 10 years, it would require us to plant 86,382 trees. The energy produced in July 2020 represents the amount available for about 46 houses (10.63 MWh). Thank you to the team of Soleol SA for implementing this project with great precision and professionalism.
